Dr. Rux is a Professional Member of the World Future Society. He has published in its journal and presented at its international conference. He has designed and taught the course on trend forecasting for Jones International University business doctoral students.

We know how to help you with with applied research and and planning. This includes business plans, strategic plans, marketing plans, feasibility studies, and funding plans.
Dr. Rux teaches research methods to online Doctor of Business Administration students for Jones International University. He has taught M.B.A. and Ed.D. research methods.
Dr. Rux has done contract planning and market research for clients like the City of Reedsburg (WI) and LUMIN, a Milwaukee nonprofit that seeks to serve the central city.
He has done fund-raising workshops for groups like the Wisconsin Association of Meeting Planners and the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Madison, WI Chapter.
Dr. Rux has also written grants and served as judge of grants for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. He also founded a 501-c-3 fund-raising foundation, Net Southwest.
He founded and chairs two nonprofits: Youth Care, Inc., YCI, and Xpert Venture Designs Corporation, XVDC. YCI is an American 501-c-3 nonprofit; XVDC is a Canadian nonprofit.
Dr. Rux teaches Entrepreneurship in the online M.B.A. program of Trident University.
XPERT LOBBY KNOW-HOW 4 BUSINESS & NONPROFITS
We know how to help you to lobby programs and projects with government. We offer workshops and consulting on how to hire lobbyists and how to lobby yourself.
Dr. Rux serves on the State Leadership Council of the National Federation of Independent (NFIB) / Wisconsin. It is the lobby group for over 13,500 small businesses in Wisconsin.
Dr. Rux served on the Universal Service Fund Council, USFC, of the Wisconsin State Public Service Commission, PSC, for eight years. The USFC awards $6 million yearly in grants to promote statewide telecommunications "equity." Telecom lobbyists also serve on the USFC.
Dr. Rux has lobbied state and local government for the five-county Southwest Wisconsin Library System, the Wisconsin Library Association, and Mt. Horeb (WI) Public Library.

We know how to research and design world-class online and onsite learning for you.
Dr. Rux has designed curriculum and courses for Jones International University (business), Concordia University / Wisconsin (fund raising), Upper Iowa University (organizational development and business ethics), and Lakeland College Online (international business).
Dr. Rux designed the online M.B.A. major in nonprofit management for Jones International University. He also designed program and learning outcomes for the fifteen-course Master's in Higher Education Administration, onsite and online, for Upper Iowa University.
Dr. Rux serves on the Business Intelligence Board of the Chief Learning Officer Magazine.
AdvanceEd invited Dr. Rux to serve on its four-person accreditation team for St. Lawrence Seminary High School, Mt. Calvary, Wisconsin, 2010. St. Lawrence subsequently has invited Dr. Rux to become one of its Ambassadors to represent it at professional events.
AdvanceEd invited Dr. Rux to serve on its accreditation team for the 1000-student River Falls, Wisconsin High School in 2009. Dr. Rux is a certified AdvanceEd team leader.
UNIVERSITY OF LEICESTER, ENGLAND, RESEARCH FELLOW
The University of Leicester, England, has asked Dr. Rux to join its distance learning research center as a visiting Research Fellow for six months. He is planning for 2012.
